The Connect Group was established on the principle of relationship. We evaluate all of a client's connections for the most holistic counselling process because healing in one area or person is always connected to the wellbeing in another. Many patients were unable to pay the high fees charged by the majority of private mental health professionals. In the end, The Connect Group was created because South African families needed a private practise that offered sliding fees based on their financial situation. The inclusion of reasonably priced individual and group supervision was also necessary because it was clear that other mental health professionals lacked access to high-quality supervision. As The Connect Group looks to the future, we are as eager as ever to provide our standard menu of services, which includes statutory services, mediation, family therapy, adolescent counseling, and couple's counseling. We are also eager to introduce a number of new services, such as coaching in the enneagram and training for supervisors. Bronwyn Humphries and Charlotte Tinnion, two child therapists who will be renting space from The Connect Group beginning in 2022, are also welcome in our shared therapy room. Read More
