The Advance Movement of churches, which partners with churches to plant and strengthen them, includes our church. Abundant Life Full Gospel Church was established in Somerset West in 1971. The church made the decision to become an independent congregation in 1993, leaving the Full Gospel denomination. This church changed its name to New Generation Church in 1998. Since that time, we have evolved from a small student fellowship to a global, multi-generational, multi-cultural church family with congregations in South Africa, Namibia, the UK, Burundi, and the Netherlands.
We have more than 50 churches, ranging from energetic, young congregations in urban areas to family-focused churches in rural communities.
